Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform end-to-end pharmacovigilance case processing: receipt, triage, follow-up, database entry, peer review, and submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage ICSR mailbox and ensure timely tracking and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct literature surveillance and maintain safety logs for assigned molecules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support timely regulatory submissions in alignment with global requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in preparation and response during internal\/external audits and inspections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data and compliance reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate reports for the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance
