Experience (Any one):<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bachelors in Life Sciences<\/strong> with <strong>3 years<\/strong> relevant experience in clinical trial monitoring\/coordination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Master\u2019s degree\/diploma<\/strong> in Life Sciences\/Pharmacy\/Public Health\/Healthcare or related discipline with <strong>2 years<\/strong> relevant experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MBBS \/ BDS \/ BHMS \/ BAMS \/ BPT<\/strong> with <strong>2 years<\/strong> relevant clinical trial experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct site initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout (on-site\/remote).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure protocol, regulatory, and ICH-GCP compliance at study sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform risk-based monitoring and escalation of site issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check informed consent, participant safety, AE\/SAE reporting timelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct Source Document Verification (SDV) and CRF review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee investigational product accountability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain essential trial documents (ICH-GCP, local regulations).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare monitoring visit reports and track action items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support regulatory\/ethics submissions &amp; patient recruitment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide protocol\/GCP training to site staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure audit\/inspection readiness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use EDC, CTMS, eTMF for trial documentation and communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with clinical operations, safety, regulatory, and data teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frequent travel to assigned clinical sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Desired Skills:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, GCLP, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General Terms &amp;
