Pharm \/ B. Pharm \/ M. Pharm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Mandatory:<\/em> Must be registered with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freshers and candidates with relevant pharmacy retail experience up to Supervisor level are encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sound knowledge of commercial drugs and therapeutic use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prescription handling and patient counselling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic computer proficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prescription Handling:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accurately fill prescriptions as per doctor&#8217;s instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Substitute medicines only after consulting with the prescribing doctor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cross-verify patient name, medicine name, quantity, expiry date with the bill before issuing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Customer Service:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Educate customers\/patients on medicine usage, side effects, and drug interactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain strong rapport with patients and doctors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and update the free home delivery register and ensure timely deliveries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle customer queries and phone calls regarding drug information and home delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in billing and manage cash when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inventory &amp; Sales Management:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain accurate stock records using system tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure correct storage (especially cold chain items) and security of inventory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify physical stock regularly and ensure 100% tally<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Focus on achieving pharmacy sales targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify batch numbers, MRP, and expiry dates of all stock received<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Compensation &amp;
