VACANCY NOTICE
The Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati (hereinafter referred to as the Bank), invites applications from eligible candidates for engagement as Part-Time Pharmacist on contract basis with fixed hourly remuneration at its dispensaries in Guwahati.

(Posting may be at any RBI dispensary within Guwahati as per Bank’s requirement.)
4. Educational Qualifications
- Matriculation or equivalent examination
- Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University/Institution registered under the Pharmacy Act, 1948
- Candidates with Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) are also eligible
5. Experience & Other Requirements
- Registered with the State Pharmacy Council
- Minimum 02 years’ experience as a Pharmacist
- Experience in PSBs / PSUs / Government Organizations / RBI will be preferred
- Basic working knowledge of computers is mandatory
6. Remuneration & Duty Hours
- Fixed remuneration: ₹400/- per hour
- Maximum 05 hours per day
- Maximum 30 hours per week
- Engagement for a maximum period of 240 days
- No entitlement to pay, allowances, perks, or facilities applicable to regular employees
7. Nature of Engagement
- Purely contractual
- No claim for permanent or temporary employment
- The Bank reserves the right to terminate the engagement at any time without notice
8. Selection Procedure
- Shortlisting based on:
- Educational qualification
- Experience
- Distance of residence from RBI dispensaries
- Interview for shortlisted candidates only
- No TA/HA will be paid for interview
- Final selection subject to:
- Medical examination
- Document verification
- Acceptance of Terms & Conditions and Code of Conduct (Annex-II)
