Project:
“Effect of Immediate Kangaroo Mother Care (iKMC) on neonatal mortality and culture-positive sepsis in low-birth-weight neonates in district hospitals in Chhattisgarh, India: a stepped-wedge cluster randomized trial.”
Salary: 75,000 per month
Upper Age Limit: 40 years
Educational Qualification & Experience (Any one):
- Bachelors in Life Sciences with 3 years relevant experience in clinical trial monitoring/coordination.
- Master’s degree/diploma in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Public Health/Healthcare or related discipline with 2 years relevant experience.
- MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BAMS / BPT with 2 years relevant clinical trial experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct site initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout (on-site/remote).
- Ensure protocol, regulatory, and ICH-GCP compliance at study sites.
- Perform risk-based monitoring and escalation of site issues.
- Check informed consent, participant safety, AE/SAE reporting timelines.
- Conduct Source Document Verification (SDV) and CRF review.
- Oversee investigational product accountability.
- Maintain essential trial documents (ICH-GCP, local regulations).
- Prepare monitoring visit reports and track action items.
- Support regulatory/ethics submissions & patient recruitment.
- Provide protocol/GCP training to site staff.
- Ensure audit/inspection readiness.
- Use EDC, CTMS, eTMF for trial documentation and communication.
- Collaborate with clinical operations, safety, regulatory, and data teams.
- Frequent travel to assigned clinical sites.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, GCLP, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
