Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and collection targets for assigned HLL outlets/centres.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and cash handling.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs in procurement, storage, and dispensing.
- Oversee administration, discipline, and smooth functioning of outlets.
- Identify business growth opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for retail operations.
- Liaise with hospital authorities, government bodies, and stakeholders.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-effective practices.
- Guide, train, and evaluate staff performance.
- Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer issues.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
Maximum 40 years as on 01.11.2025
Educational Qualification (Essential):
- B.Pharm / Pharm.D / BHM / MBA
Experience (Essential):
Minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading a team of 3–5 members in:
- Hospital management
- Retail pharmacy operations
- Diagnostic services
- Healthcare project implementation
- Pharmaceutical marketing or distribution
Compensation
- Basic Pay (FTC): ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
- Approx. Annual CTC: ₹7.14 Lakhs (Non-Metro) at minimum of the pay range
