- Qualification:
- B.Pharm with minimum 1-year experience OR
- D.Pharm with minimum 3 years’ experience
- Registration with State Pharmacy Council is mandatory
- Experience:
- In a hospital pharmacy/dispensary with minimum 200 beds
- Must be willing to work in shifts, including night duties
🧪 Post 2: Officer-In-Charge (Dispensary)
- Vacancy: 01 Post (UR)
- Level: Level 10 (Pay Matrix ₹56,100 + allowances)
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years as on 21.08.2025
- Qualification & Experience:
Option A:- B.Pharm + PG Degree/Diploma in Material Management or Business Administration
- Min. 5 years post-MBA experience in a 300-bed hospital OR 10 years in a 100-bed hospital, with 2 years in senior role
Option B: - MBBS + PG Degree/Diploma in Material Management or Business Administration
- Min. 4 years relevant experience with 2 years in a 300-bed hospital
- Knowledge of inventory management, FDA rules, and computer operations is essential
