📝 Job Responsibilities
Prescription Handling
- Dispense medicines as per doctor’s prescription.
- Verify dosage, patient details, expiry date, and medicine match with the bill.
- Arrange out-of-stock medicines from other in-house pharmacies to ensure 100% prescription honor.
- Coordinate with doctors in case of required substitution.
Customer Service
- Patient counselling regarding dosage and side effects.
- Maintain good rapport with customers and doctors.
- Track and manage free home delivery orders.
- Handle customer calls related to drug queries, orders, and patient counselling.
- Manage billing and cash when needed.
Inventory & Cold Chain Management
- Maintain cold storage conditions as per standards.
- Update and verify stock entries regularly using the system.
- Conduct physical stock verification twice a week and fast-moving item checks daily.
- Maintain a register for out-of-stock items and follow up for replenishment.
- Verify quantity, MRP, batch number, and expiry of received goods.
- Focus on achieving pharmacy sales targets.
Operational Duties
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
- Handle billing management and assist with any additional duties assigned by the in-charge.
