🧾 Position: Complaint Handling and Vigilance Reporting Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve complex post-market complaints using product/service analysis and ensure effective customer resolution.
- Lead good faith efforts (GFE), collect supplementary data, and ensure accuracy in complaint evaluations.
- Manage complaint coding standards, system updates, and coordinate code requests to streamline case handling.
- Conduct thorough investigations, perform root cause analysis, and present evidence-based resolutions.
- Review and finalize customer response letters (CRL), escalate issues when required, and ensure closure with high quality.
- Analyze complaint trends and identify risks or product enhancements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop investigation plans with timelines and corrective actions.
- Mentor and train new team members in complaint operations and regulatory practices.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 6 years, preferably in MedTech/Diagnostic devices industry
- Skills: Complaint Handling, Vigilance Reporting, TrackWise (or similar system)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Others: Strong communication skills and a quality-driven mindset

- This is a fully onsite role – candidates must work from the company facility in Pune.
