Post: Pharmacist / Senior Pharmacist

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- D. Pharm / B. Pharm / M. Pharm
- Mandatory: Must be registered with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)
- Experience:
- Freshers and candidates with relevant pharmacy retail experience up to Supervisor level are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills:
- Sound knowledge of commercial drugs and therapeutic use
- Prescription handling and patient counselling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
Prescription Handling:
- Accurately fill prescriptions as per doctor’s instructions
- Substitute medicines only after consulting with the prescribing doctor
- Cross-verify patient name, medicine name, quantity, expiry date with the bill before issuing
Customer Service:
- Educate customers/patients on medicine usage, side effects, and drug interactions
- Maintain strong rapport with patients and doctors
- Manage and update the free home delivery register and ensure timely deliveries
- Handle customer queries and phone calls regarding drug information and home delivery
- Assist in billing and manage cash when required
Inventory & Sales Management:
- Maintain accurate stock records using system tools
- Ensure correct storage (especially cold chain items) and security of inventory
- Verify physical stock regularly and ensure 100% tally
- Focus on achieving pharmacy sales targets
- Verify batch numbers, MRP, and expiry dates of all stock received
