1. Assistant General Manager – Procurement
- No. of Posts: 01
- Monthly Pay: 1,00,000 + PF (consolidated)
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Qualification: B.Pharma / Engineering Degree / MBA from a recognized university
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies OR Private sector with turnover of 500+ Cr
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in procurement-related roles
- Must have knowledge of ERP, e-procurement, GFR, GeM & proficiency in MS Office
- Tenure: Initially 5 years (renewable yearly, extendable based on performance)
2. Assistant General Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain
- No. of Posts: 01
- Monthly Pay: 1,00,000 + PF (consolidated)
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Qualification: B.Pharma / Engineering Degree / MBA from a recognized university
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies OR FMCG/Pharma/Logistics industry with ₹500+ Cr turnover
- At least 4 years’ experience in Logistics, Warehousing & Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge of good warehousing practices, ERP systems, GFR, and proficient in MS Office
🔎 Selection Process & Terms
- Contract Duration: 5 years (with annual review)
- Probation Period: 6 months
- Increment: 5% annual increment based on performance
- TA/DA: AC 3-tier or AC Chair Car fare reimbursed for selection test
- Selection: Based on written test and/or interview
