Position: Executive – Pharmacovigilance
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end pharmacovigilance case processing: receipt, triage, follow-up, database entry, peer review, and submission.
- Manage ICSR mailbox and ensure timely tracking and reporting.
- Conduct literature surveillance and maintain safety logs for assigned molecules.
- Support timely regulatory submissions in alignment with global requirements.
- Assist in preparation and response during internal/external audits and inspections.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data and compliance reporting.
- Generate reports for the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV).
Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Skills
- Prior experience in pharmacovigilance case processing
- Familiarity with global pharmacovigilance guidelines and regulatory landscape
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
