Essential Qualification

• M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Minimum 01 year of experience in research/teaching/design & development after M.Pharm
• At least one research paper published in an SCI journal

Desirable Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling modern analytical and formulation equipment, including but not limited to:

• Stability Chamber
• HPLC
• UV-Vis Spectrophotometer
• FTIR
• GC-MS
• LC-MS
• Dissolution Apparatus
• Disintegration Apparatus

Age Limit

• Upper Age Limit: 40 years (as on 27.11.2025)
• Age relaxation applicable as per Central Government rules.
• Age may be relaxed for meritorious, well-qualified, and experienced candidates from Govt./Autonomous institutions with relevant expertise.

General Information / Instructions

• The posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
• Appointment may be terminated with one month’s notice from either side.
• Selected candidates will not have any claim for permanent/regular appointment under Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence, or AFMC.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview, joining duty, or termination.
• Benefits like PF, CCA, LTC, and medical claims are not admissible.
• Candidates must comply with institute rules of conduct and discipline.

Terms & Conditions

1. Candidates employed in Govt./Public sector must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
2. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
3. Possession of minimum qualification does not guarantee selection.
4. Appointment is full-time, and private practice is strictly prohibited.
5. Candidates must have a clean legal record (not convicted by any court).
6. Suppression or misrepresentation of information will lead to termination.
7. Decision of the competent authority is final; no correspondence will be entertained.
8. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
9. AFMC reserves the right to modify/cancel the advertisement without notice.
10. Jurisdiction for all disputes will be Pune, Maharashtra.
