Salary Package
- ₹37,000 + HRA (30%) – First 2 Years
- ₹42,000 + HRA (30%) – 3rd Year
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Tech / Pharm.D (Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, or relevant field)
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in clinical studies and pre-clinical trials
- Knowledge of formulation development
- Familiarity with biochemical experimentation
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-clinical and biochemical experiments related to the project
- Develop and optimize formulations for eye drops
- Prepare clinical protocols and manage documentation
- Coordinate with hospitals for clinical trials and patient follow-up
- Perform clinical data collection and statistical analysis
- Assist in all project-related activities assigned by the supervisor
